Here are B&W Insurance we take claims seriously. That's why we've developed a "24 hour emergency claim" service that can help you with your immediate concerns.
Even if our office is closed, you can contact any one of our 5 convenient locations where you will be directed to our emergency claim hotline. Once your call is received, our emergency contractors will call you within 20 minutes to discuss your immediate concerns and a crew will be dispatched immediately. If possible, it is a good idea to have your policy on-hand for the contractor or adjuster when they arrive.
For Non-Emergency claims, please contact the branch that handles your policy during office hours and we will have an adjuster call you as quickly as possible.
